[Facial + Beauty Review] DHC Deep Cleansing Oil x Pure Beauty BB Cream x Princess Pinki - Magic Pink Cream

Firstly, I just want to apologise, because my skin has been acting up all over again, and I'm super frustrated about it. Because the little spots are growing on my forehead (thanks to my fringe - bangs) and the cheek area just exploded once again (thanks to my period), and my entire face is so so so so so dry and dehydrated that it pisses me off. GRRR. So, please note that the following images, are taken when my skin has barely recovered. Do bear with me lovelies!

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil

What it really does (adapted from the website):
Superstar. Try this amazing cleanser and you’ll see why it’s our most popular product worldwide. Dirt, excess oil, makeup—even waterproof mascara—and other pore-cloggers dissolve easily, leaving your face a grime-free zone that is soft to the touch. Its unique water-soluble formula rinses completely, so you’ll never see a greasy residue. Olive oil and vitamin E help ensure you won’t see dryness either.

For my followers, you should know that I am a big ZA Cleansing Oil fan. Because that is one of the best makeup remover, that fits my budget and does the magic on my face. It doesn't clog, it removes waterproof mascaras and practically regardless what kind of makeup brands I use, it does the trick.

Unlike for this DHC Oil Cleanser, I'm not really liking the after effect of the product. It definitely leaves that layer of oil behind which makes me feel like I have not cleansed my face well enough. But, I only tried it once, to remove all my makeup, which it successfully did. I didn't read that it had Olive Oil and Vitamin E in it, now that I know, I will rate this product a 4/5. (:

Pure Beauty BB Cream

PICTURE IS BADLY PHOTOSHOPPED. hahahaha
How it felt:
The product has a very thick consistency. I did not put on any moisturiser before I applied the product because to me, all BB cream are packed with sunblock, moisturising effect blah blah blah and etc. and I didn't want to over layer my face with too much product. Therefore, I gave it a go.

It does take a little longer to blend and the colour, though appears dark when it comes out of the tube, but miraculously blends well with my skin tone.

What it really does (adapted from the website):
Use this natural botanical BB cream on trouble skin, as it gets straight to work soothing red or sensitive areas without any irritation.Vita-extract restores youthful, radiant colour, while as a potent antioxidant, EMX-water protects your skin from damage. Na-complex also controls oil and minimises trouble spots. Super-moisturising botanical extracts cool and vitamin B3 brightens, leaving you with a vivid skin tone and visibly reduced skin damage.
Would you recommend this product to others?:
Once again, I'm not a huge fan of BB Cream, just decided to give this a go, since the last time I tried on the Ettusais BB Cream, where the texture was just right for my liking. Not too light (like the Maybelline's one) and not as heavy as this Pure Beauty one. I would rate it a 3.5/5.

Princess Pinki - Magic Pink Cream

That's right!

Thank to VANITYTROVE I have gotten my hands on this ironic tube called - Princess Pinki Magic Pink Cream

Why do I call it ironic? You'll find out...
Princess Pinki™ Magic Pink Cream is your dream come true for instant pinkness that last all day long, giving you rosy pink cheeks and lips without make-up and nipples too. Say goodbye to constant application of blusher and lipstick!

Being beautifully pink forever is no longer a fantasy. Princess Pinki™ is every girl’s dream come true.

Princess Pinki™ Magic Pink Cream is formulated with natural plant extracts. Effectively removes dark pigmentation of lip, skin, nipple, external pubic area and treats skin discolouration due to smoking, breastfeeding, ageing, sun exposure etc. Pinkness lasts for 1 to 3 days per application and is waterproof. Results vary according to individual.
Made in Korea

it really turned out a lot more pink than this picture.
How it feels like:
Just like your usual lip glosses that you would purchase almost everywhere. But one thing about the product is that it isn't as sticky as a usual lip gloss would be. If I were to make a comparison between a usual lip gloss stickiness (8.5/10) and Princess Pinki's (7/10).

How much it cost:
I checked online, and every one full sized tube costs SGD$48.70

What it really does:
Well, this product can be a little tricky. I got really excited when I received the product, and immediately I tried it on my hand to see the glossy texture and effect. It was in a light pink gloss texture, and I thought that was it. Later did I know, the area on my hand turned really pink!!!
If you read what I copied from the site above, it said that it can be used on the cheeks as well as your *ahem* nipples. I don't think I would want to try anything on my nips before I get pregnant and need to breastfeed and then complications starts (this is just the paranoid me), but I tried it on my cheeks.

I never really liked cheek colours that come in such texture, I never liked the "jelly glow" blush from Maybelline as well. So I think this product can just happily stay on my lips. (:

*I did try it on my cheeks and it turned disastrous. I wouldn't even want to talk about that right now*

Would you recommend this product to others?:
I guess this one, I would not exactly recommend to any one who is new to lip gloss, or tinted lip care. Because without proper estimation, this product may cause you to have super pink lips 30 minutes after you're done with your makeup.

But I definitely would have to rave for the long-lasting effect. It doesn't get off no matter how many cups of water you drink. I read it somewhere that you need to use really good Oil Cleanser to remove it (I tried removing with the DHC cleanser + ZA Oil Cleanser + L'oreal Eye Makeup remover then it worked!)

Okays! I hope you guys enjoyed this post and found it useful.

I know I've been delaying the makeup eye tutorial like forever, but it is only because I can't find a program to edit my video, that is whyyyyyy. Sigh. Ok, Abrupt photobomb

Best way to end the post. *IGNORE THE BACKGROUND*

hugs x kisses
